Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 438 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported numerous roads continue to be flooded across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Fairmont, Mannington, Pleasant Valley, Barrackville, Monongah, Fairview, Hundred, Cassville, Rivesville, Grant Town, Farmington, Worthington, Rachel, Metz, Idamay, Carolina, Wadestown, Daybrook, Wana and McCurdyville.
