Until early Sunday morning.

At 15.0 feet, Small bridge on Willow Street floods due to backwater into Mill Creek.
At 17.0 feet, Some city streets flood due to storm sewers backing up. Many low-lying flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:30 PM EST Friday was 14.3 feet.
