The Flood Warning will expire at 215 AM EDT early this morning for portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence and western West Virginia, including the following county, Mason.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT Tuesday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia...
