Until 500 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 206 AM EDT, stream gauges indicated water levels remained steady or in some cases were still rising on medium stem rivers. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area due to rain that fell yesterday evening.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
