The Flood Warning will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning for portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Gilmer. In northern West Virginia, Doddridge and Lewis.
Heavy rain has ended and flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
