At 1238 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles northwest of Pennsboro, or 8 miles east of St. Marys, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Middlebourne, Pennsboro, Ellenboro, Arvilla, Alma, Wick, Mountain, Hebron, Pike, Maxwell, and Highland.
This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 36 and 42.
