Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence and western West Virginia, including the following county, Cabell.

* WHEN...
Until noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 339 AM EST, gauge reports on Symmes Creek at Aid indicated a stage of 20.1 feet. Flood stage is 19 feet. At 19 feet, Low sections of OH Route 378 flood south of Aid and in the Linnville area, and at 21 feet, low sections of Symmes Creek Road flood. Over in Cabell County, reaches of the Mud River were running high, with possible flooding along it.
- Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Coal Grove, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Lake Vesuvius, Ceredo, Gallia, South Point, Russell, Vernon, Waterloo, Worthington, Burlington and Wurtland.
