Mixed precipitation. A wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain this morning, changing to all rain by mid- afternoon. Additional snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

The northern mountains, and the higher elevations of the central mountains, of West Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until 4 PM EST today.

Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
