Canceled 6/26/25 9:44 PM Flash Flood Warning issued June 26 at 8:55PM EDT until June 27 at 1:00AM EDT by NWS Blacksburg VA At 855 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the thunderstorms that prompted the Flash Flood Warning have dissipated. However, runoff from the earlier rainfall is still expected to collect in streams and other low-lying areas and produce flash flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Narrows... Peterstown... Rich Creek... This includes the following streams and drainages...
