Washington DC, and portions of central, northeast, northern, and southern Maryland, and central, northern, and western Virginia.

* WHEN...
From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
