The Flash Flood Watch continues for * Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio and West Virginia, including the following areas, in northeast Kentucky, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence KY. In southeast Ohio, Gallia and Lawrence OH. In West Virginia, Cabell, Lincoln, Mason, Putnam and Wayne.

* Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* Scattered showers and storms will continue through this evening, as a cold front approaches. Heavy rain falling over the same areas may result in localized flash flooding.
