Many secondary roads remain slushy or snow covered owing to the additional light snow that fell in the mountains on Saturday.
While some snow and ice melted during the day on Saturday, any wet surfaces will quickly freeze and become slippery this morning with low temperatures in the teens.
Motorists should drive with extra caution this morning given the potential to encounter slick spots, especially on untreated bridges, overpasses, and sidewalks. Slow down and leave plenty of room in front of you.
