Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1127 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
