Flooding caused by excessive rainfall over the last few days continues.

Southeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...

Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 626 PM EDT, emergency management reported numerous roadways that were flooded across the warned area. The Raccoon Creek gauge at Adamsville is above the minor flood stage of 21 feet.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rio Grande, Vinton, Wilkesville, Adamsville, and Radcliffe.
