Portions of western Virginia, including the following areas, Augusta, Eastern Highland and Western Highland and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Pendleton, Western Grant and Western Pendleton.

Through Sunday afternoon.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The combination of 1 to 2 inches of rain, saturated ground, and the melting of recent snow pack may result in flooding this evening through Sunday.
