* At 149 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall due to several cluster of thunderstorms persisting across the region.
Minor flooding will likely result in these areas, especially just south of Dillwyn and Buckingham as well as near Tower Hill and Bent Creek.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

Dillwyn...
Bent Creek...
Pamplin City...
Appomattox National Historic Park...
and Sheppards.
