* At 532 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Waverly, Piketon, South Webster, Lucasville, Pike Lake, Clarktown, Kincaid Springs, Cynthiana, Beaver, Rarden, Otway, Wakefield, Bear Creek, Mount Joy, Ladd, Elm Grove, Idaho, Lake White, Mcdermott and Givens.
Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1.5 inches is expected over the area.
