Northwestern Prince William County in northern Virginia... Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Southeastern Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... * Until 1145 AM EDT. * At 1057 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Inwood to Berryville to near Bluemont to near Warrenton, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage homes and vehicles.
