THEY ARE IN THE COMPANY OF ASHLEY FOSTER AND BRIAN FOSTER, WHO ARE THE NON-CUSTODIAL GUARDIANS OF THE CHILDREN AND MAY BE TRAVELING IN A BLACK HONDA SPORTAGE SUV WITH 30-DAY TAGS. ALL THREE CHILDREN ARE CONSIDERED ENDANGERED DUE TO THEIR AGES.
