Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Near blizzard conditions are possible Sunday night into Monday, as visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile at times due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
