The heavy rain has ended, however many roads remain closed and areas of flooding persist. An Areal Flood Warning remains in effect for the area. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 100 AM EST Monday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest Virginia, and West Virginia.
