Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson, Lawrence and Meigs and western West Virginia, including the following counties, Cabell and Mason.

* WHEN...
Until 600 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 126 PM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Coal Grove, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Chesapeake, Racine, Proctorville, Lake Vesuvius, Ravenswood, New Haven, Ceredo, Gallia, South Point, Russell, Vernon and Waterloo.
