Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches.
Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...
Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS...
Brief whiteout conditions are possible with visibilities dropping below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult along US-48 west of Scherr, WV. The hazardous conditions look to worsen during the overnight hours.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Snowfall rates around 0.5 to 1 inch per hour are possible at times through Thursday morning especially in embedded snow squalls. Wind chills of 15 to -5 are possible through Thursday morning.
