For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below. For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 50 to 60 mph.

In Virginia, Eastern Highland County. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton County.

* WHEN...
For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM EST Sunday. For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Wind chills are expected to remain below zero through late Sunday morning. Being outdoors for a prolonged period of time will be life-threatening.
