Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Johnson, Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, and Unicoi Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Wind Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 7 PM EST Saturday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM to 1 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
