Portions of central, northern, and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton, Clay, Nicholas and Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Lewis, Pocahontas, Randolph and Upshur. In southern West Virginia, Fayette and Kanawha.

* WHEN...
Until 245 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 553 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
