- At 1045 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms near Charlotte Court House. Minor flooding is ongoing across parts of the county. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen near Charlotte Court House.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain may aggravate existing flooding.
