At 1146 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Barberton, or 8 miles southwest of Akron, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Akron, Ravenna, Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, Barberton, Solon, Hudson, Wadsworth, Twinsburg, Tallmadge, Streetsboro, Macedonia, Garrettsville, Mantua, Stow, Aurora, Norton, Brimfield, Fairlawn, and Munroe Falls.
