Harrison County in northern West Virginia... Northern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... Southwestern Taylor County in northern West Virginia... * Until 1130 AM EDT. * At 904 AM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain along US Route 50 in and east of Clarksburg. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
