* WHAT...
Snow. Total snow accumulations of one to three inches, with localized amounts of four inches on western facing slopes. Winds gusting as high as 55 to 65 mph.

* WHERE...
In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County.

* WHEN...
Until 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Damaging wind gusts will reach the area before rain changes to snow. Then, a rapid freeze is possible as temperatures quickly drop late this afternoon and evening.
Visibility may be reduced to a quarter mile or less at times late this afternoon through Monday morning resulting in near blizzard conditions and blowing and drifting snow.
