* At 838 PM EDT, Heavy rainfall has ended, however light to moderate rainfall is still occurring across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
