For the High Wind Warning, until 7 AM EST this morning. For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...
Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low as 5 to 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
