Southwest Virginia, the Cumberland Plateau, and the Tennessee Valley * Winds...Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph or greater are expected across the Cumberland Plateau Wednesday afternoon, and in the central and southern Tennessee Valley as well. Gusts will be less in the northern Valley and into southwest Virginia, but even gusts upwards of 20 mph will be possible there. Gusty conditions continue into the evening before relaxing.

* Relative Humidity...
Southwest Virginia and areas along and east of the I-75 and I-81 corridors will see minimum RH levels below 25 percent tomorrow, with areas west of those interstates generally being in near to slightly above 30 percent.
