At 1012 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Pennsboro, or 9 miles northeast of Harrisville, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Alma, Greenwood, Lumberport, Wallace, Smithburg, Mountain, West Union, Lima, Pennsboro, Center Point, Sedalia, Canton, Highland, and Ellenboro.
This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 39 and 58.
