Tornado Warning issued August 10 at 6:53PM EDT until August 10 at 7:00PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV
The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning is being allowed to expire. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for southeastern Ohio...and western West Virginia.
