* At 746 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges earlier this morning indicated thunderstorms that produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
