* At 725 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.3 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in an already saturated area with low flash flood guidance. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
