Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

- At 134 PM EST, Local law enforcement reports numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Areas along the Shade River, Leading Creek, and Raccoon Creek should especially be alert for high water.

Jackson, Wellston, Albany, New Haven, Tuppers Plains, Middleport, Chester, Syracuse, and Dyesville.
