Additional overnight rainfall is expected to be fairly light overall. However, runoff from the earlier rain, plus the continued potential for ice jams, will continue to create strong rises/action stages on the Cheat and Upper Monongahela Rivers, and potentially localized flooding issues.

Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Fayette, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland and Westmoreland and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and Western Tucker.
