Areas of fog will continue through the rest of the morning, dropping visibilities to a half mile or less. Improvements are expected by this afternoon with rising temperature and increased mixing.
Motorists should use caution and allow extra space between vehicles to ensure safe travel. The use of low beam headlights will aid in travel through these reduced visibility areas.
