At 138 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a thunderstorm with torrential rainfall 10 miles northwest of Hendersonville, or near Asheville Airport, moving east at 10 mph.
Locations to be impacted include... Arden, Mills River, Fletcher, Mountain Home, Blue Ridge Parkway between Mount Pisgah and The NC Arboretum, Asheville Airport, Skyland, Bent Creek, and Biltmore Forest.
Wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible in these areas.
