For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero in the valleys, and 20 below zero on the ridges.

* WHERE...
Portions of north central and western Maryland, northwest Virginia, and eastern and panhandle West Virginia.

* WHEN...
For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
