Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE... Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason, Wirt and Wood. * WHEN... Until 1130 PM EST. * IMPACTS... Flooding of small rivers, creeks, and streams continues due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 557 PM EST, gauge reports on the Shade River at Chester indicated a stage of 21.4 feet. At 21 feet, the intersection of T-95 Oak Hill Road and Scout Camp Road floods. Mill Street at Route 248 floods in Chester. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
