Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason, Wirt and Wood.

* WHEN...
Until 1130 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of small rivers, creeks, and streams continues due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 557 PM EST, gauge reports on the Shade River at Chester indicated a stage of 21.4 feet. At 21 feet, the intersection of T-95 Oak Hill Road and Scout Camp Road floods. Mill Street at Route 248 floods in Chester.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jackson, Wellston, Pomeroy, Albany, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park, Mason, Tuppers Plains, Washington, Lubeck, Middleport, Chester, Hamden, Syracuse, Hartford City, Coalton, Vinton, Wilkesville and Harrisonville.
