At 1000 AM EDT, radar indicated showers were located along a line extending from near Neola to Jordan Mines. Movement was east at 25 mph.
Winds up to 30 mph are possible with the storms. In addition expect heavy rain with rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 in less than 30 minutes.

and Jordan Mines.
Locally heavy rain will quickly reduce visibility and result in ponding of water on roadways, standing water in low lying areas, and minor flooding of poor drainage areas. Drivers are urged to slow down and use extra caution to avoid hydroplaning.
