At 520 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles west of Oxford, moving northeast at 15 mph.
Wind gusts up to 40 mph will be possible with this storm.
Heavy rain and minor flooding and deadly cloud to ground lightning will also be possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Henderson, Oxford, Roxboro, Stovall, Bethel Hill, Dabney, Tungsten, Moriah, Mayo Reservoir and Berea.
