Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyd, Carter and Lawrence and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Putnam and Wayne.

* WHEN...
Until 445 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1051 AM EST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.

Charleston, Huntington, Nitro, Wayne, Hamlin, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Beech Fork State Park, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Hurricane, Barboursville, Kenova, Sissonville, Milton, Marmet and Ceredo.
