Snow. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches, with localized totals of 3 to 5 inches possible mainly above 2000 feet on the Blue Ridge.

Albemarle, Nelson, Augusta, and Eastern Highland Counties, and Central Virginia Blue Ridge.

* WHEN...
Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
This snow will fall during the second half of the morning commute and may persist into the evening commute, with temperatures well below freezing. This will likely cause roads to become very slick during a period of high traffic volume.
