At 116 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line from over East Washington to near Barnesville, or along a line from near Washington to near Barnesville, moving south at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.

Wheeling, Washington, Moundsville, Martins Ferry, St. Clairsville, Bellaire, Barnesville, Warwood, Bethlehem, Woodsfield, West Liberty, Triadelphia, Clearview, Valley Grove, Shadyside, Wolfdale, East Washington, McMechen, Powhatan Point and Glen Dale.

Interstate 70 in West Virginia between mile markers 0 and 14.
Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 18.
Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 207 and 225. Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 20 and 22...and between mile markers 38 and 39.
