Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Morgan, Perry and Washington.

* WHEN...
Until 1100 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1240 AM EST, Flooding continues along multiple creeks and streams in the warned area from previous heavy rains. Some of the larger creeks that are experiencing minor flooding include Sunday Creek in Athens county, and both Duck Creek and the Little Muskingum River in Washington county.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Belpre, Nelsonville, St. Marys, Glouster, McConnelsville, Beverly, Shawnee, Chesterhill, Williamstown, Belmont, Newport, Chauncey, Matamoras, New Straitsville, Malta, Corning, Buchtel, Lowell and Stockport.
