Very cold wind chills as low as 18 below expected.

* WHERE...
Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast Webster Counties.

* WHEN...
From 6 PM Monday to 2 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
